Trace TV and the Gauteng Film Commission are giving you an opportunity to win R50000 to create your own documentary. If you are a young filmmaker, based in Gauteng, this is for you.
To enter, all you have to do is share a 30-second video where you tell us why you love Gauteng.
From the little mining town called Nigel to the big city lights of Johannesburg, everyone has a piece of their haven woven in the tapestry that is Gauteng. And we want to hear your story!
Simply submit your video on www.trace.tv by Sunday, 23 August 2020. Five candidates will be shortlisted and will receive R5 000 to create a 90-second video about iconic Gaunteng music and lifestyle locations.
The 90-second videos will be aired on Trace TV channels and the public will be asked to vote for their favourite video. Once our audience has had their say, we’ll announce our lucky WINNER who’ll get to walk away with the R50 000 grand prize to create a documentary that will be aired on Trace TV and digital platforms!
