Paris Saint-Germain has its new star. So now we want to know absolutely everything about Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Today, we’ll be learning more about the Swedish giant, who is also a family man. Zlatan arrived in Paris with his wife and two sons, aged 4 and 6. Mrs Ibrahimovic’s name is Helena Sager and she is also Swedish. This former model decided to put her career on the back burner to raise their two adorable children. Interestingly enough, Helena is 11 years older than Zlatan.
A rather conventional family life, which contrasts with the one he had growing up. His parents got divorced when he was very young, leaving him to his own devices. A difficult childhood in a tough neighborhood, football was Zlatan’s ticket out of the ghetto.
Ibrahimovic elaborated “I was born in Sweden, my father is Muslim, my mother is Catholic, but we were raised in a different way. I mean the whole family is a pretty big mix. I have 3 sisters and 2 brothers and we have different mother and different father, but we were raised in different ways. So lets say I follow myself, I don’t believe pretty much in religion. But there’s nothing do to with football, because football is one religion and everybody is welcome.”
