‘Watch the Throne’

The second single of the long awaited album ‘Watch the Throne’ debuted on American DJ Funkmaster Flex’s show last Wednesday. The Jay-Z/Kanye West collaboration is a cut-up of Otis Redding’s “Try a Little Tenderness.” The King of Soul’s voice is also sampled on the track. Beyoncé, Kid Cudi, Frank Ocean and Mr. Hudson all play a part on the LP, with production handled by Swizz Beats, No ID, RZA, The Neptunes and of course Yeezy himself. The album’s digital release is still slated for the first of August; four days following CDs will stack shelves, though maybe not for long. Click the following link to listen to the track.
