The wedding between Usher and Tameka Foster that was scheduled for July 29 has been cancelled.
Usher’s publicist Patti Webster released a statement to the Associated Press saying: “It was announced today that the wedding ceremony for Usher Raymond, IV and Tameka Foster was canceled.
No additional information will be given regarding the circumstances of the cancellation, but we hope the privacy of this matter will be respected.” Webster didn’t comment on whether the couple was still engaged or even still together.
Usher and Tameka got engaged earlier this year sparking on-going criticism about Tameka’s motives and age difference. Tameka later announced her pregnancy by Usher and yesterday; news came out exposing Tameka’s past petty crimes.
No word has been given as to if that was what could have influenced the wedding’s cancelation. More information to come as it develops.
