Usher

R&B recording artist Usher is just about done wrapping his sixth studio album entitled “Monster”.

Speaking of his new project, Usher thanked a Las Vegas crowd on Friday, August 7, for its hospitality while there recording his album. According to a media report he mentioned the reason of his “Sin City” visit: “I came here to Vegas to close out the album and we did our last few sessions last night, he said. And “within the next few weeks — few days — we’re going to be finished with it.”

The Diamond-certified recording singer who has been in the studio since last fall has been spending much of his time putting the final touches to “Monster”. When talking about his latest adventure the singer said, “On this album, the influences came from places I’ve gone myself, the reality of circumstances of choice.”

It has been reported that Pharrell Williams, Jermaine Dupri and Maroon 5’s Adam Levine collaborated on the record.

“Monster” will be in stores in October 2009 and the album is Usher first project since filing out for divorce from his estrange wife Tameka Foster.
