The channel was elected Best (or Coolest) TV Channel of the year, and Best (or Coolest) Music Channel for two consecutive years by 8 to 22-year-old South Africans. Sunday Times Generation Next Awards 2010 ceremony, which happened on May 27th in Johannesburg, was the occasion for young people to vote for the ‘coolest’ brands.
