Released on 4th February, this comes through as Toast’s first official single this year, and his first attempt on a drill beat, shortly after serving through with his previous single “1.5.0” released last year.
Produced by Tonic City and ChuxTpat$ePlan, the new song “Angels” is just the beginning of the many things yet to come says the rapper, who is currently pursuing a degree in Kenya.
On his decision to release the new video without any promo, Toast said, “my fans said they wanted new music, so here’s the music”.
From the word go, the video features clean and aspect visuals that really captivates its audience and engages as you watch. With its colourful, clean-cut and dynamic changes from one scene to another, the video really tends to grab its viewer’s attention following up as it goes.
Toast, real name Gomezgani Kambwiri who has really come up and been known to stand out as one of the top “head-hitters” in the music industry, also shines with his playful delivery of lyrical skills throughout the music video.
