Suge Knight, the Co-Founder of DeathRow records, is taking another shot at the music industry. He is using his new reality show “Unfinished Business” to help push his new label ‘BlackBall Records’.
The reality series will give viewers the chance to see the process that occurs while Suge attempts to build his new label with the help of aspiring artist.
Suge will also reveal details about his time at Death Row and his dealings with the label’s roster, which included rapper Snoop Dogg and producer Dr. Dre. Suge seems very excited about the show, telling the Washington Post that it will be a hundred percent real.
“It ain’t like the fake reality s**t, it’s a lot of stuff going on but you gotta watch the show to see what it is. It’s like real life, so whatever it is it’s real life. If you see me in Compton, I’m in Compton. Watts, South Central, Inglewood wherever the f**k it is. No matter where it is. We do it how we do it.”
Before filing for bankruptcy, Suge had success with his previous label “DeathRow.” At the height of the label’s popularity they had artists such as Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Tha Dogg Pound, The lady of Rage, and Tupac Shakur on board.
No date has been announced for the reality show’s premier.
