Rap sensation Soulja Boy was arrested Wednesday night, on the set of a music video shoot, in Georgia.
According to a police spokesperson, an officer went to check out an abandoned house in the Henry County area, after they received information that a group of people was in the backyard of the house.
When the officer arrived to the vacant house, he saw a group of around 40 people, half of them fleeing the place right away, including Soulja Boy. The young MC, born DeAndre Cortez Way, finally came back to the home to get his Range Rover and was then arrested for obstruction of justice.
Soulja Boy was taken into custody, then bonded the Henry County jail on Thursday. So far, no comments have been made from Soulja Boy’s management.
