Dancehall/pop artist Serani who has taken Jamaica by storm and is continuing to do so across the world with his music is gearing up for the release of his first U.S. album “No Games.”
The artist who started DASECA in 2001, a dancehall production team in Jamaica with two of his best friends, has co-produced Sean Paul’s hit song “We Be Burning,” as well as Mavado’s, “Real McKoy.” He then released his 2007 debut single “Doh,” that became a huge Jamaican street anthem.
Before the beginning of its career as an artist and music producer, Serani was a well- established keyboard player for several Jamaicans artists such as Wayne Marshall, Bounty Killer and more.
“No Games,” features 14 tracks, as well as production by Serani, the Miami Blackout Movements and new American producer Canei, a protégé of Just Blaze.
On related news, Serani is currently featured on Queen Latifah’s new album “Persona,” the Neptune’s “If He Wanna” and on “Tipsy” by DJ Webstar. “She Loves Me” the second single from “No Games” is currently on heavy radio rotation as well as his hit single “No Games.”
“No Games” hits stores on October 27.
