The New York producer, singer, performer and musical talent, Ryan Leslie introduced his new album to his hometown crowd on March 11th and 12th.
Ryan tours around the US to introduce the highly anticipated album, which was released on February 10th. The gig at the SOB’s was introduced by Angie Martinez of Hot 97. The singles “Addiction”, “Diamond Girl” and “How It Was Supposed To Be” were the highlights of the night, especially the instrumental support by a 4 headed violin orchestra and an amazing full live band consisting out of saxophonist, trumpet player, pianist… Ryan Leslie showed that he is besides a singer a great performer and artist, by bringing the autotune live, playing instruments and showing some moves.
The atmosphere at the SOB’s was great. Sold out twice, packed with die hard fans, friends, family, music lovers and other artists who support Ryan Leslie’s contribution to the music business. RnB and pop icon Usher even joined Ryan on stage to give a shout out to the fans and express his love of the new album.
