Rihanna recently flew to New York City to visit her grandmother, Clara ‘Dolly’ Brathwaite, who is currently sick with a severe form of cancer.
On June 3rd several paparazzi shots captured the Bajan beauty as she was entering the hospital, but later Rihanna posted a picture on Twitter of Dolly and herself hugging, along with the words “Came to NY, just for this moment right here!”
The two are fairly close considering the singer threw a birthday party for her grandma in March.
On her way back to Los Angeles, Ri wrote “From N.O to N.Y to L.A less than 24 hrs #rocstarshit #daddyshome.”
