Rihanna’s newest fling may be with the New York Knicks’ J.R. Smith. According to In Touch Weekly, the Def Jam gem was seen at a New York nightclub with the shooting guard; a source stated “They were very flirty in the club all night and holding hands…She was sitting on his lap and was really into him.”
According to the magazine Rihanna has previously explained her romantic preferences, saying “I definitely like high-risk guys…I don’t like cream puff, corny guys… the nice ones that won’t hurt you. I like the edge. That’s the thrill for me.”
It’s not a surprise that Riri would want a relationship with Smith, who was recently fined $25,000 for tweeting inappropriate pictures of an ex-girlfriend. The witness also told In Touch “He is the team’s most controversial player, so it’s no wonder that Rihanna likes him.”
