During her European tour, Rihanna suffered an injured rib that required the pop star to take a trip to an emergency room in Switzerland.
Rihanna’s injury occurred during Monday’s show in Zurich. After her performance, she was taken to a private clinic to be examined. “She had an injured rib and went to have it looked at to be sure it was nothing serious, and it wasn’t,” said the singer’s rep.
Rihanna continued with the tour performing in Lyon, France the next night and then headed to Marseille for Wednesday’s performance on April 21. “All is OK and the tour is going great,” stated Rihanna’s rep.
Rihanna’s 27-date European tour will wrap up in Madrid on June 5. Her 27-date North American tour, “The Last Girl on Earth,” will begin on July 2.
