Pink added a little unexpected drama to her concert Thursday night (July 15th) when an onstage mishap sent her rushing to the hospital. While hanging from a harness during a performance in Nurnberg, Germany, the 30 year old singer fell eight feet right onto a steel barricade. The show ended immediately and she was rushed to the nearest hospital.
From the ambulance, Pink tweeted “To all mu nurnberg fans- I am so so so sorry to end the show that way. I am embarrassed and very sorry. I’m in ambulance now but I will b fine.” The singer later explained what exactly happened: “didn’t get clipped in2 harness correctly,drug me off stage, fell in2 barricade. Getting x-rays. I hope it at least looked cool!!!”
But after getting checked out of the hospital, Pink let her fans know she is doing fine, tweeting: “nothings broken, no fluid in the lungs, just seriously sore. I made that barricade my b—h!!!” The star does not plan to stay down long though, as she plans to hit the stage again tonight for a show in Salem, Germany. “full steam ahead people.no pain, no gain. or is it no brain, no pain? either way, i will be on that stage, even if i have to crawl :)”
