Nicki Minaj was allegedly assaulted in a poolside altercation in Dallas, Texas, according to TMZ.com. The Young Money mistress exchanged words with another Palomar patron, telling a hotel employee to call the police before following the unidentified assailant into a suite. The alleged attacker fled the scene before authorities arrived, however she claimed that he hit her in the lower lip. Minaj refused to file charges and denied that she was dating the suspect. She is supposedly in a relationship with rapper Safaree Samuels, although the MC has not yet been implicated in the incident. Nicki took to Twitter today, not directly denying the dispute “The fact that u believe a man either slapped or punched me in the face & didn’t leave on a stretcher w/his balls hangin off?” an hour later she stated “The media could pee on ur leg & tell u its raining. You’d believe it. You’d believe u were an adopted martian if TMZ told u so” The ‘Pink Friday’ prima donna is currently co-chairing the ‘Femme Fatal’ tour with Britney Spears. The tiff follows last week’s tragic murder of Minaj’s cousin Nicholas Telemaque. By David Woodson
