“This is It,” a never before released song by the late Michael Jackson, has been unveiled on Monday, October 12 at 12 a.m. on www.MichealJackson.com.

It features vocals by Jackson’s brothers and will be included in the soundtrack of the forthcoming “This Is It” movie. On October 26th the two-disc “This Is It” album will be released internationally, followed by the global release of the motion picture on the 27th, which will then be in theaters for a limited two-week period.

Disc one will feature some of Jackson’s biggest hits such as “Billie Jean,” “Smooth Criminal,” “Human Nature,” and “Thriller.” The disc will also offer two versions of “This Is It,” the original and orchestral version.

Disc two will offer fans rare early demo classic hits of “She’s Out Of My Life,” “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’,” and “Beat It” as well as a poem from MJ entitled “Planet Earth.” The double LP will also include a 36-page commemorative booklet featuring exclusive photos of Jackson’s last rehearsal.

“This Is It” will offer fans and music lovers a rare, behind-the-scenes look at the King Of Pop as he was preparing himself for his comeback tour that would have taken place at London’s O2 Arena. The film is based on more than one hundred hours of footage chronicling Jackson’s last three months of rehearsal before his death on June 25. The documentary is directed by Kenny Ortega, his longtime friend and creative partner.
