Things are heating up in the U.S. as the 2008 presidential primaries move closer to Super Tuesday.
In an effort to gain more women voters and win the democratic primary in California, Barack Obama has sent a powerful trio of surrogates to campaign for him there. Oprah Winfrey has joined forces with Caroline Kennedy and Michelle Obama for what the campaign calls a “Get Out the Vote Rally.”
Oprah is well-known as a long time contributor to humanitarian causes, social progress, women’s issues and of course media and the arts. With Oprah on his side, Senator Obama clearly has a winning team!
