Lauryn Hill Facing jail time for tax Evasion

Lauryn Hill has been charged with tax evasion, according to TMZ. The former Fugees singer allegedly failed to file tax returns for 2005, 2006, and 2007; although she earned over $1.8 million during that timeframe.

The 37-year-old may be fined $300,000 and face one year in prison for each count. Her court date is set for June 29 in New Jersey.
