Lauryn Hill had her sixth child this Saturday, July 23. The baby boy was born with an umbilical cord constricting his throat, however the complications were cleared without further consequence.
The former Fugee kept the pregnancy a secret until last month, during a Detroit performance where she announced, “I’m going to take time off to give birth.”
Rohan Marley, the father of Hill’s first five children, denied that the sixth was his. Rumors arouse that Bob Marley’s son has since split with Hill for Brazilian model Isabeli Fontana.
A name has not been announced, nor has a father come forward.
