Lauryn Hill, former first lady of the Fugees, is pregnant again. The songstress made the announcement at her latest show at Detroit’s Chene Park last Saturday, June 4th. This would make the 6th child for Hill. She already has 5 children with Rohan Marley, who happens to be Bob Marley’s son. The reggae singer took to Twitter to say that this baby ain’t his.
Lauryn Hill’s debut album “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill,” released in 1998, was a huge success. In 2008 she stepped away from her music career though to concentrate on her family. Last year she re-launched her music career and there were reports that she might be ready to release her long-awaited second album. In the past few months she has enjoyed a hefty tour schedule, but she now said she’s taking time off to focus on motherhood again.
People started speculating about a 6th pregnancy when Hill’s stomach appeared rounded art the Coachella music festival in California in April. Ms Hill already dropped a hint about her pregnancy two months ago at a concert in LA. “I keep having these children. I don’t know if I’m the most fertile woman in America.”
