Lady Gaga’s label confirmed that her UK website was the latest victim of the homosexual hacking group known as SwagSec. The hackers claimed that the “Edge of Glory” crooner is a homophobe and manipulates gay and lesbian audiences to garner album sales. The group, who apparently respects rapper Lil B, later tweeted “All we asking for iz a lil SwagSec mention on a track.” Although the breach occurred on June 27, the label only recently released a statement regarding the incident “The hacker took a content database dump and a section of email, first and last name records were accessed. There were no passwords taken and no financial information taken.” Gaga’s Universal Records label mates, Amy Winehouse and Justin Bieber, have also undergone online assaults, and a 50 Cent impersonator took over Rick Ross’s Twitter page this week. However, the incidents are currently unconnected. By David Woodson
