R&B singer Keyshia Cole is engaged. The pregnant singer is set to wed Cleveland Cavaliers basketball player Daniel Gibson, Keyshia’s spokesperson has confirmed. “I can confirm she is engaged and has an incredible ring,” the rep says.
Gibson popped the question on New Year’s Eve. The proposal was “an absolute surprise. When he asked her to marry him, she was flabbergasted. He presented her with the ring and her mouth dropped in amazement. It’s too beautiful for words,” her rep added. The couple has been dating for less than a year.
Regardless, 28-year-old Keyshia has a busy year ahead. She will give birth to her and Gibson’s first child (reportedly in March), she is set to star in the Tyler Perry flick “Why Did I Get Married Too” and she will release her fourth studio album.
