Kanye West isn’t known for his festival performances but his latest one on the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is to go down as one of the greatest hip hop sets of all time. Both critics and fans alike were blown away by Kanye’s act at Coachella in California.
To start off, Louis Vuitton Don rose above the audience via an enormous crane that swung him over the entire main stage area while blasting through “Dark Fantasy.” Then he released all of his hits upon the crowd. “Gold Digger,” “Stronger” and “Through The Wire” set the beat.
Mid-set West declared his Coachella performance the most important to him since his mother’s unexpected death in 2007. The end was also emotionally charged when Kanye nearly teared up during “Hey, Mama.”
With this already legendary act, Kanye has truly showcased that he is an incredible artist.
