TRACE was invited to the premiere of Kanye West’s 40-minute film “Runaway” in Paris yesterday (Oct. 5). The Kanye-directed video included nine songs, which may appear in his new album entitled “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy”.
Influenced by film noir, the short movie is about a fallen phoenix played by Selita Ebanks whom Kanye falls in love with. Kanye will reportedly screen the film in London and Tokyo next week, followed by its online debut later this month. The new album is scheduled to hit shelves on November 22.
