On May 27 Justin Bieber allegedly attacked a paparazzo according to a recent report from TMZ.com.
The “Believe” singer was purportedly leaving a California mall with girlfriend Selena Gomez when a photographer approached the pair. The website reports that after the paparazzi refused to move from in front of Bieber’s car, the teen star got out and engaged in “some sort of physical altercation.” The unnamed victim experienced pain in his torso, after calling the authorities he was transported to the hospital; later a police report was filed.
When cops arrived at the scene the singer and his girlfriend were gone. Authorities are investigating the matter and may charge Justin with misdemeanor battery. Local police told TMZ that detectives want to question the singer, Selena, and any eyewitnesses. There has been no comment from Bieber or his representatives.
