Academy and Grammy Award winning actress Jennifer Hudson is expecting her first child with David Otunga a lawyer, reality star-turned wrestler.
Hudson, 27, who was devastated by tragedy last year when a relative killed her mother, brother and nephew, is finally getting some happiness and stability.
Although, Hudson has kept quiet about her pregnancy and upcoming wedding with Otunga, the Chicago Tribune reported that on Saturday, May 30, the singer held a baby shower at a private location.
Felicia Fields, a family friend said: “It was a baby shower, a quiet gathering of friends and mostly family, they’re really trying to keep it kind of quiet.”
There is no word yet, as to when the baby is due, but it is confirmed that the “Spotlight” singer is 7 months pregnant.
