They planned to drop their suitcases in the most expensive villa in the area ($70 million), but were piped at the post by the creator of Minecraft, Markus Persson, who signed the check before the couple. But it didn’t stop them from wanting to find a home in the City of Angels, because they’re currently renting a huge property in LA. Welcome to the Carters‘ new home.According to the real estate website Realtor.com, the property has 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a wine cellar, a massage room, an elevator, a tennis court, an outdoor kitchen, an infinity pool and a cascading waterfall. It even has an art gallery in the house for their collection (the couple loves art and has a collection estimated at about 1 billion 500 million dollars). We can be pretty sure that with all of that, they have already forgotten the former villa!But everything comes with a price, especially in Los Angeles. This villa, located in the Holmby Hills neighborhood, is estimated at $35 million. The couple didn’t buy it but preferred to sign a 3-year lease. They will have to pay approximately $150,000 per month. It turns out they had even rented this house last summer, but renegotiated the price directly with the owner this time.
