Jay-Z was shooting yesterday in Lower Manhattan the video for his smash single “Empire State of Mind” featuring Alicia Keys.
Hova could be seen on the shooting location near the World Trade Center site, rocking an all-black outfit and classic black Timberlands, with a crowd of fans and tourists surrounding him.
He reportedly stayed only a few minutes on the set, dropping a few lines from the New York anthem, and Alicia Keys did not seem to be around for this session.
The single “Empire State of Mind” is currently #2 on the Billboard 200, but so far no release date has been announced for the video.
