What a show off! They’re better than the 1992 Dream Team! That’s what Kobe Bryant thinks of the Olympic basketball team that’ll be competing in London late July. Kobe will himself be part of the trip, and he has no doubt about it: he and his buddies are going to score more points than Jordan, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird and Scottie Pippen in 1992 at the Barcelona Olympics, when Team USA beat Croatia.
The current Team USA includes Bryant, Blake Griffin, Lebron James, and Kevin Durant. And while Bryant may be sure of its abilities, critics have already pointed out that the team will suffer from the absence of Dwight Howard and Derrick Rose, who are both injured.
