After weeks of speculation the news which Arsenal fans have been dreading finally came when it emerged that Thierry Henry has agreed to sign for Barcelona for 24 million.
Although both clubs insisted Henry’s move to the Nou Camp on a four-year contract had not been finalised, the French striker’s eight-year career at the north London club is over.
