Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka Flame

Atlanta rappers Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka Flame are teaming up for their first joint album, “The Ferrari Boys.” The Brick Squad MCs plan on dropping the album, which features production by Drumma Boy, FATBOI, Schife, and Shawty Reed, in a few months.

“This album is gonna be the hardest album of the year,” Gucci told Billboard.com. “The songs are so clever, the beats are so slammin’, and the lyrics are just so aggressive. There’s so much energy that we bring to the studio. Nobody’s gonna be able to top this album that me and Waka are coming out with.”

But Gucci and Waka aren’t the only MCs working on joint albums. Jay-Z and Kanye West are slated to drop their album, “Watch the Throne,” soon and Lil’ Wayne is working on three joint albums, one with Drake, one with Birdman, and the long-forgotten joint venture he started with T-Pain a couple of years ago.
