It’s official, G-Unit and The Game will not be competing for sales with same-day releases. Their upcoming albums have been pushed back to separate dates in July.
Interscope and Geffen Records have confirmed that the original June 24th release date for the Game’s Los Angeles Times (L.A.X.) and G-Unit’s Terminate on Sight (T.O.S.) have both been moved to the following month.
T.O.S. is G-Unit’s first group album in 5 years.
The Game has stated repeatedly that L.A.X is his final album, citing too much stress among other things for the sudden retirement from Hip Hop.
T.O.S. is set for a July 1st release and L.A.X. is due out July 8th.
