France football team gets new kits for Euro

With the beginning of the Euro 2012 just months away, Nike has decided to unveil the French team’s new jerseys.

The controversial striped jersey has been replaced by a  more conventional away jersey. However, there will still be stripes on the home shirt. Nike has been the sponsor of the France football team since 2010. With more than $57 million a year, it’s the biggest sponsorship deal of all the national teams.

The American brand also launched a promotional video starring celebrities such as Steve Nash and Carl Lewis. We hope it will bring the French team luck for the competition.
