Fergie scores her third No. 1 hit from her solo album “The Dutchess” this week as “Big Girls Don’t Cry” inches up 2-1 on the Billboard Hot 100. She thus becomes the first female artist with three No. 1s from one album since Christina Aguilera in 2000.
