TRACE met Monica in New York City on the 4th of July and she has some exciting news for all women! Indeed, the RnB singer is launching a promising family business with her cousin: a nail polish line called “Nail Inspiration.” Monica seems really enthusiastic about this new project: “It’s very important for all women to have great colors that don’t chip off fast and last longer,” she said.
But “Nail Inspiration” means more than just getting your nails done, it’s also about motivating women: “Each bottle will have an inspirational quote to remind women to stay encouraged, focused, and to enjoy life,” said Monica. The artist admitted this might sound silly, but let’s not forget that a manicure is a big deal for many women. With a beauty product that also has a positive message, Monica nailed it!
The singer has a lot going on right now since she will be on tour with Trey Songz all summer to support her sixth album “Still Standing.” The single “Everything To Me” is currently topping the charts and could definitely be the official love song of summer 2010. The new video for her second single “Love All Over Me” should be out within a few weeks, stay tuned!
