Drake: 17 songs from his new project in the Billboard Hot 100

While Wiz Khalifa is battling with his ex-wife Amber Rose for the custody of their son, Lil Wayne is suing Birdman & Cash Money Records and Chris Brown is on a promo run, Drake is writing history. 2015 is already a great year for the rapper. Last week, he was announced the first rapper to top the Billboard Artist 200 with his surprise project If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.Drake has a great success with his project and has sold about 500,000 copies in the first week. In addition, Drizzy even manages to hook the famous rock band The Beatles for having 14 of his songs in the Billboard Top 100! The British group was the first to make this record, and 51 years later, it only takes one man to outdo what 4 did.According to the ranking of the R & B / Hip Hop Billboards, Drake seems invincible and dominates the majority of the game. He has 21 hits in the ranking, and 17 are taken from his new project! This is a big step for the boy who gave an interview in 2008 in the basement of his mother, running his Myspace profile. Before being known, he said “I’ve had meeting with everybody. I’ve had meetings with Interscope. Talks with Universal, Motown, Roc-A-Fella Records, Def Jam. I had a big meeting last week with Koch, Sony, Epic, that looks like a pretty good situation. Originally I really wanted to be on Def jam or Roc-A-Fella but uh, they have a lot of artists over there right now. What I have is very unique.”Here are the songs that are currently topping Billboard’s Top 100.Drake’s 14 Hot 100 hits (March 7, 2015)16 – “Only” Nicki Minaj ft. Drake, Lil Wayne & Chris Brown
