Dre needs some fresh air! Almost a year after listed his mansion in Los Angeles, a happy owner just bought it, and the check may not be a dud one because we are talking about big money here: $35.2 million!Back in June 2014. Dr. Dre put his mansion for sale in LA for $35 million after he bought another mansion which is twice bigger, and was previously owned by the American football quarterback Tom Brady and the model Gisele Bündchen. Sure he doesn’t need money (his fortune is estimated around $700 million), his success and his recent deal with Apple are there to feed him, but the music producer has been contacted by someone interested to buy his villa, a $32.5 million’s deal, as told by Business Insider. The villa is a property of 9.996 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a wine cellar, a cinema and 300 degrees views on the Pacific Ocean. But it does not stop here: his new property has the size of a town, is located on Los Angeles hills, and is twice as big as its former villa. It has a submarine tunnel, a recording studio, a massage room and a beauty salon. It’s moreover brand new because it has been built just 6 months ago. Congratulation Mister Young!
