The ladies of Bad Boy Entertainment, Danity Kane went to the top of the charts this week. “Welcome to the Dollhouse” hit No. 1 on the Billoboard 200 charts, the second No. 1 in a row for the group!
The MTV “Making the Band 3” troupe, sold 236,000 copies of its sophomore album in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Danity Kane’s 2006 self-titled debut also started at the top, with 234,000.
That number also gives Danity the second highest sales week of 2008, behind Jack Johnson’s Sleep Through the Static, which opened with 375,000 in sales this February.
