The world of US sports is in trick shot mode, with more and more players attempting creative and unusual shots. After Jon Brockman’s basketball videos, now Connor Powers, a minor league base-ball player, is giving them a shot.
Trick shots are common in NBA and NFL practice sessions, but much rarer in MLB, so Powers is turning out to be a real pioneer. Hitting a block at 40 metres or getting the ball to land in a bucket after bouncing off a trampoline…Nothing is impossible for Connor!
The detail that counts is that all this was achieved with a bat and not with his hands.
