Ciara has been going through tough times the past years following her break-up with Future, 3 months after the birth of their son but also the disappointing sales of her eponymous album, Ciara, released in 2013.
But this year the young mother has decided to get back on the forefront of the scene. The songstress does not want her professional and personal failures to prevent her from moving forward. Ciara has just unveiled her new single ‘I Bet’ which evokes the reasons of her separation with the father of her son.
“I bet you start loving me, as soon as I start loving someone else, somebody better than you, I bet you start needing me, as soon as you see me with someone else, somebody other than you [..] “, she sings in the 1st verse of the track. The Texan also talks about the fact that she tried to forgive him after he cheated on her. Last year, several rumors reported they got back together because Ciara wanted him to be here for their son.
However Ciara still bet on the return of her ex at the end of the track: “That hacks me off to have to sing this song cause I love you, now what kills me is that I have to find somebody one else, because all I want is you… “
We hope that Ciara, who is turning 30 this year, will find her soulmate. In any case, the young mom still has a dream body. Recently, she made the cover of Vogue L’Uomo, the prestigious Italian fashion magazine.
