Chris Brown is making his grand comeback on Tuesday October 27th, not only with the premiere of his new video but also with his first live performance since the legal trouble he has been going through over the past months.
The video for the single “I Can Transform Ya,” off the upcoming album “Graffiti,” was directed by Joseph Kahn who already made some visually-striking clips for artists such as Britney Spears, Lady Gaga or Eminem. In the video, Chris Breezy showcases once again his dancing skills but this time, he added a technological vibe to it…
Thanks to the magic of special effects, the controversial R&B singer morphes into several mechanical objects among which a Lamborghini and a fire truck! The aesthetic of the video is definitely a kind of homage to the “Transformers” movies, brought to screen by Michael Bay. The result is a stunning video creating a very slick universe for this Swizz Beatz-produced smash single.
Chris Brown is also performing on Tuesday, October 27th at Power 105.1FM’s Powerhouse 2009 concert in New Jersey.
Last week, “Crawl,” which is reportedly the second single from the album leaked online, showing a different side of Brown: the song is a ballad on which CB reflects upon a relationship gone bad… The album “Graffiti” is due on December 15th.
