Britney Spears is going on tour to promote her latest album “Femme Fatale.” Brit Brit found another femme fatale to travel with, (she needed to find replacement for Enrique Iglesias, who pulled out at the last minute) Nicki Minaj. The divas will start off in Sacramento, June 17.
