Bow Wow is currently visiting South Africa. It’s the hip hop artist’s second visit to Africa, the first one was in Angola last year.
He arrived on Friday December 4th 2009 to perform at a few private functions attended by invited guests only.
He made a special television appearance on the Big Brother Africa 4 finale, which took place on Sunday December 6th. He performed three of the latest tracks from his recent sixth album “New Jack City 2.”
According to South African music producer DJ Sbu, Bow Wow is set to record a few songs this week with one of South Africa’s well know hip hop artists, Linda ‘Pro’ Mkhize.
Pro, who is signed to TS records owned by DJ Sbu, has released his third album “Dankie San” and has been featured as the opening act for big names such as Busta Rhymes and 50 Cent in South Africa. He even has shared the stage with Diddy in Amsterdam.
The collaboration between Bow Wow and Pro has South African hip hop fans anticipating and eagerly awaiting to hear the tracks this duo will create.
