Beyonce’s Los Angeles-based talent agency, International Creative Management says her Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia tour date schedule for Nov. 1 was cancelled “due to a scheduling conflict.” She will instead will appear in neighboring Jakarta, Indonesia on that date, but said in a statement that she “is looking forward to performing for her fans in Kuala Lumpur in the near future.” Speculation suggested that the actual issue was Malaysia’s strict performance rules. The government requires female performers to cover their shoulders and from the top of their chest to their knees.
