WHO: On the heels of releasing his new single “Gotta Move On” with Bryson Tiller, announcing his upcoming album and partnership with Motown Records, and launching his new R&B label, LOVE RECORDS, BET honours music mogul and global superstar Sean “Diddy” Combs with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.

The tribute performance was led by creative director and longtime Diddy collaborator Lauriann Gibson. Included at the end of the performance was an In Memoriam video montage with visuals of Kim Porter, The Notorious B.I.G., Andre Harrell, Craig Mack, Heavy D, and Black Rob.

Kanye West and Babyface presented Combs with the honour.

Combs’ speech was genuine and heartfelt – focusing on growth, unity and a clear call to action.
