David Beckham recently starred in a new commercial for the Samsung Galaxy cell phone. The LA Galaxy midfielder made quite a performance by shooting soccer balls at 40 large drums arranged in the shape of a 15 foot tall square. After warming up, the famed footballer used the ball and drum combination to play a lengthy part of Ludwig van Beethoven’s classic “Ode to Joy.”
There may have been some editing and several takes, but it’s still a cool short. Perhaps the performance will make Becks a possible pick for the U.K. Euro 2012 team. Check out the video below.
