Azealia Banks recently engaged in a new Twitter beef, this time with Nicki Minaj. Banks was allegedly asked to perform with Minaj on her “Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded Tour” in Europe, but on July 30 posted via Twitter “I got invited to tour with Nicki Minaj in Europe but I cant go because I have to finish my album during that time.”
Several days later the Young Money Barbie tweeted “#ManTheseB*tchesDelirious.”
Although no names were mentioned in Minaj’s message, which has since been deleted, Banks took offense and replied “Did you mean… “delusional?” … Delirious was the wrong word @nickiminaj.”
The “212” rapper later posted a string of tweets aimed at Nicki “Use good grammar when insulting others. I don’t believe “Rap game” hierarchy …Sorry…Studio !!! Just wait until I drop this album…..LMFAOO just wait !!! You b-tches are gonna f-cking GAG!!!!!!!!!!!”
The Harlem rapper has previously engaged in social media spats with Lil’ Kim, Kreayshwan, and Iggy Azalea, possibly for publicity. On August 2 she stated “#Teamminaj = Free Promo! Thanks Barbz!”
