This weekend was held in St.Louis (Missouri), the State of Emergency 2 event, a concert to pay tribute to Mike Brown (a 18 years old young Afro-American killed by a white police officer in August), which aimed at raising funds for the “Put Down The Pistol” association against violence.
The singer from New Orleans, August Alsina was scheduled to perform during the event but he didn’t really understand the theme of the evening. The singer was involved in a brawl with the show promoter. According to TMZ, the singer would have arrived late for the concert and the promoter, named Loose Canon Slim, did not appreciate it. The two would have exchanged some words that would have triggered a confrontation in backstage.
On a video, you can see the bodyguards fight with the evening’s organizers. Shirtless with some white pants on, the 22 years old singer can be seen trying to sneak into the fray to try to hit Loose Canon Slim (wearing a red jacket). But the “No Love” singer soon found himself welcomed by an avalanche of blows. Also present during the fight, the rapper Fabolous witnessed the whole scene in disbelief, with a drink in his hand.
Do you find his behaviour immature?
