Ashanti has been M.I.A. from the music scene since 2008’s “The Declaration.” But the songstress recently dropped a steamy promo photo to let fans know that she will be releasing a new album soon. In the photo, Ashanti, 30, gets her model-pose on in the desert rocking a black and gold bikini top and flowing metallic dress. The as-yet-untitled album will be the first off the singer’s own record label, Written Entertainment, and she got some big names to help make the record a hit including Lil Wayne, Dr. Dre and Game.
